Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Admission Kendra services including counselling, college shortlisting, and documentation support.

1. General Policy

We aim to provide transparent and reliable services. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, based on service stage, work completed, and payment type.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Government fees, university fees, application/registration fees paid to third parties.
• Payment gateway charges, transaction charges, and tax components where applicable.
• Services already delivered (for example: completed profile analysis, finalized shortlist, submitted applications).

3. Eligible Refund Cases

• Duplicate payment made by mistake.
• Payment captured but service not initiated due to verified technical error.
• Cancellation approved before service work starts.

4. Cancellation & Refund Window

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
• Requests made before service initiation may be eligible for partial/full refund after deductions.
• Requests made after service initiation may receive partial refund based on completed work.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method. Actual credit time may vary by bank/payment provider.

6. No Guarantee Clause

Admission Kendra provides counselling and support services only. We do not guarantee admission, scholarship, ranking, placement, or specific college allotment. Decisions are made by colleges/universities and authorities.

7. Chargebacks

For payment disputes, please contact us first. Unverified chargebacks may lead to temporary service suspension while documentation and service records are reviewed.
